Based on the customer provided drawing, the full tolerance of the product is +/-0.005mm. In turning processing, we have to take into account the control of deformation of the product during its production processes, the production of micro-hole operation to ensure the diameter and eliminate burrs. Since it’s a combination kit, dimensional tolerance of each part has to be controlled precisely in order that it can be assembled perfectly.
Fabrication of parts
ETCN employs an efficient precise CNC lathe with the best tolerance level of ±0.005MM. After machining, we accurately measure bore diameters using pin gauges and bore calipers for quality inspections to ensure that pin gauges easily pass through the bore and that the component meets the set quality standards.
